Standard vs. VIP Bookings

Venue Requirements for Private Bookings
If providing your own venue for a Standard Private Booking, please ensure the facility satisfies these technical specifications:
Size & Space
Minimum 80m². At least half of the space must be completely clear for practical simulations and rescue demonstrations. Exclusive use for participants.
Room Layout & Seating
Room can be long, narrow, or square. 27 chairs (theatre or oval arrangement) and 4 sturdy trestle tables.
Outdoor Space
Large outdoor area with grassed areas, trees, and bushes if possible (surface does not need to be perfectly even).
Flooring
Preferably carpeted flooring for comfort during practical ground exercises; otherwise, smooth wooden flooring.
Environment & Climate
Curtains or blinds to block out natural light for slide projection. Comfortable ambient temperature (air conditioning preferred).
Equipment & Power
Projector screen or clean white wall (3m x 2m), HDMI-capable TV, and accessible power supply within 4m of the projector.
Facilities & Access
On-site clean toilets, easy access for all students, good parking for motorcycles and cars. Ability for after-hours access.
